A 30 minute at home full body workout! Designed to get your heart rate up and get you moving for that given day. We all miss the gym, but that doesn't mean we cant have great workouts at home. We can continue to be healthy and move during this time!

A yoga mat and a water bottle
Fitness has always been a huge passion for Alnoor. Growing up as a competitive athlete his whole life validated to him how important fitness and health was. Never being the biggest guy in the sports he played, he learned very fast that you can always outwork your opponents. It started with tennis at a young age. He became pronvincially ranked at the age of 17 and played a year at Simon Fraser University. He then switched gears and continues to play competitive triple A ball hockey, playing in tournaments Canada-wide. He then fell in love with crossfit and hasn't turned back since. He wants to help everyone find that passion in fitness and being healthy. A Crossfit Certified coach and trainer, Alnoor coaches at his favorite gym in the lower mainland, Driftwood Athletics. Alnoor also coaches at Formula Athletics, a newer group fitness gym on the rise. Expect to have fun, work extremely hard and have awesome music in one of his classes.
