About the Event

In this one hour live online workshop, you'll learn how to create a healthy and healing morning ritual that will set you up for success while meeting new people, one of which will become your accountability partner for after the session. According to research, a successful morning should include healthy habits and movement meditation. While you may not be a morning person, Emily shares some morning hacks that will be sure to transform your mornings and send you into a successful day. 

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN...

Emily will start with a visual powerpoint presentation to walk participants through the details of how to come up with a simple yoga flow that works for you. She will share the different styles of yoga and how you can benefit physically and mentally from the practice. The session will also include lots of ideas on how to create a morning routine that you can commit to. You will leave with a plan that best suits you and your needs. 

- Learn Morning Habits and how to stay committed

- How to put together your own yoga routine

- You'll be provided with a take home worksheet that you can use every day to achieve your new morning goals

- You'll be paired up with an accountability buddy that you can check in with daily after your session to make sure you're staying committed to your new morning routine!

- You'll receive daily text messages from your accountability partner to check in, see how your morning routine is going, and to share tips that will keep you on the right track

- You'll receive one 15-minute follow up call from Emily one week after the session to see if you need any further guidance or advice.

The session will end with a guided 10 minute flow and meditation. Then lots of time for questions and answers.

Certified in all things fitness. Emily Lee is a Master Spin Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher 300RYT, and Kinesiology Graduate. She is passionate about sharing her love for fitness, so that people discover the power that comes from becoming physically strong. The power of being physically strong is not limited to the physical being. Through her trainings with fitness leading professionals in Vancouver, New York, and Bali - she has found a new level of depth tat fitness has to offer.
