It is centred around the belief and methodology that in order for goals to turn into reality, not just a temporary state, they need to be incorporated into every area of life.

Jackie Lede is a Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Life Coach and Founder of The Whole Life Practice and signature program Release: A Life Without Dieting. After years of struggling with food and cravings, yo-yo-ing and searching for solutions, Jackie learned that in order for goals to turn into reality, not just a temporary state, they need to incorporate every area of life. She now lives on the principle that life should be fun and not taken so seriously, and incorporates this principle in every area of her life, while teaching people how to adopt the mentality so they can have the freedom and confidence that they deserve.
